What we collect

Order details: name, address, email, phone and payment status, needed to deliver your order.

Your photos and design: stored privately and only used to show your preview and produce your print.

Contact messages: your name, email, optional order number and message.

Why we use it

To carry out your order (contract), to answer your questions (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data and do not use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission.

Who we share it with

Only with parties that help us run the service: our shop and payment provider (Shopify), our hosting and storage provider, our email provider, our print partner and the delivery company. They may only use your data for this purpose.

How long we keep it

Photos and designs are kept for as long as needed to produce your order and handle any complaint or reprint. Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Security

Your photos are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Connections are encrypted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use. Email info@collagego.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
