1. Who we are

CollageGo, Zwaanshals 362, 3035 KS Rotterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 89869656, VAT NL865137729B01. Email info@collagego.com, phone +31 10 261 3977.

2. Your order

An agreement is formed once your payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email.

You approve your design before checkout. We print exactly the design you approved: size, crop, layout, text and colours as shown in the preview. Please check spelling and photo choice carefully.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is handled securely by our checkout provider.

Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

4. Your photos

You confirm that you own the rights to the photos and texts you upload, or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe the rights of others or break the law.

We only use your photos to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse orders with illegal, hateful or infringing content.

5. Production and delivery

Every collage is made to order. Production takes 3–5 working days, plus shipping time. Delivery times are estimates.

Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €60, otherwise €6.99. Rest of Europe: €12.99.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because every product is made to your personal specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p, EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(c)). See our returns policy for damage and defects.

7. Colour and quality

Screens differ, so small differences in colour and brightness between screen and print are possible and are not a defect. Low-resolution photos are flagged before you order; if you order anyway, reduced sharpness is not a defect.

8. Complaints and liability

Report damage or defects within 14 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to the order amount, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
