Returns and damage

No returns on personalised products

Because each collage is printed to your own design, the right of withdrawal does not apply and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in transit?

Email info@collagego.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging.

After we review your photos, you receive a free replacement or a refund. You don't need to send the product back unless we ask.

Printing defect

If the print doesn't match the design you approved, we replace it free of charge. Differences caused by the approved design itself (crop, spelling, low-resolution photos) or normal screen-to-print colour variation are not a defect.

Cancelling

Production usually starts right after payment. Contact us as soon as possible; if production hasn't started yet, we cancel and refund your order.
